In order to qualify for these much needed improvements, we must have 90% of these surveys returned to us by the deadline of March 1st. It is so important that these be returned to us that we are offering a $5 credit on the water bill of each customer who returns the survey to us by the deadline. Please be on the lookout for these surveys. They must be returned to us by March 1st in order to receive the $5 credit.
These surveys will help determine the City’s eligibility to receive grants and influence the amount that the City might receive. Also, any customer who has any type of water damage or water leak is encouraged to take a picture and submit this to us as well. This also helps in the qualification process.
